Albéa Gennevilliers is home to our global headquarters.ScopeThis position reports to the NPD Director Health Care North America-Europe directly and has in his/her scope:Health Care Business in Europe3 factories in 3 countries in Lubna, Levice, and ColchesterLaminated Tubes and tubes components (shoulders caps)Transversal management of the plants NPD managers of Lubna, Levice, and Colchester.Main activitiesDefine and drive New Product Development (NPD - P1 and P2 projects)



activities for the Health Care market; ensure projects launched are aligned and progress according to the Tubes Health Care strategy and according to the CSR transformation Roadmap.Analyze customers or Albéa marketing briefs and organize the response to New Product Development requests.Ensure that project managers and project teams are assigned to each of the projects.Guarantee global and operational transfer of the projects to the plants until the production is stabilized.Report the progress of the strategic projects to the Health Care Business Leadership Team.Collaborate with the manufacturing sites to secure resources and set priorities.
