Hotel de la Ville, renowned 4-star luxury hotel in Monza, affiliated to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World chain, is urgently seeking the following position:

Administrative Accountant

We require:

1. General accounting and industrial accounting skills
2. Organisational and management skills, tidiness and accuracy
3. Experience in the use of IT tools and accounting software
4. Knowledge of accounting regimes and administrative-accounting procedures
5. Ability to analyse and prepare annual and consolidated financial statements
6. Knowledge of tax obligations, both periodic and annual
7. Discretion and confidentiality
8. Diploma in Accounting, Commercial Expert or Commercial Technician,



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
9. Consolidated experience in the role, experience in the hotel or catering sector and knowledge of Opera management and Sysdat accounting software is considered preferential
10. Good knowledge of the English language
11. Recording of invoices and other accounting documentation, keeping of general ledger accounts, accounting reconciliations - knowledge of electronic invoicing
12. Maintaining cost accounting and budgeting systems, also with the use of spreadsheets
13. Interface with management also through monthly reporting
14. Management of supplier payments and schedule management-use of remote banking
15. Management of interface with front-office for checking account balances Clients
16. Management of relations with external tax, labour and accounting software consultancies
17. Digital archiving of documents
