HYDRAUSERV, a subsidiary of BOURBON Subsea Services, specializes in the maintenance of heavy hydraulic systems, such as heave compensated cranes, winches, and riser pulling systems, installed on offshore platforms, harbors, and floaters.

Reporting Line: The Technical Manager
Mission Expanding our activity at a fast pace, we are looking for service engineers that will have the following skills and missions:
Good knowledge of equipment drawings and technical documentation Expertise in lifting equipment functioning and identification of defect causes (troubleshooting remotely and on site) Ensuring cranes and winches maintenance and inspection onboard vessels, according to procedures and manufacturers' manuals Very good level of inspection and maintenance of our equipment Performing wire rope inspections, testing, and replacement in compliance with Hydrauserv procedures Expertise in subsea wire ropes Replacing defective parts with the assistance of crew and performing preventive maintenance Supervising and carrying out equipment repair in yards worldwide Supervising maintenance technicians onboard when required Supervision of people from different backgrounds, with a good capacity to teach and explain methods Organizing and planning the intervention of several technicians Providing feedback about equipment and suggesting maintenance procedure improvements Reporting feedback from the site to the office Issuing maintenance and repair reports and recommendations While on site, providing the office with daily reports in English, including details about parts used and parts to be ordered, and recommendations on the jobs to be planned thereafter Good knowledge of Class rules Supporting crane department from the office,
a few times per year Replying to crews' questions, ensuring remote troubleshooting, and preparing technical documentation Profile Requirements: The position requires a high level of technical expertise, especially in hydraulic engineering, mechanics, electrical, and automation, as well as proficiency in English.
You will be working offshore worldwide on a rotation basis (6/4 weeks), and will therefore be evolving in an international and challenging environment.
