As an HR intern, you will be part of the Bosch Rexroth team.
You will have the opportunity to participate in the management of the training activities, with a "hands-on" and direct approach.
You will be part of a dynamic team, always aiming to offer Bosch employees and external clients the best support as "business partners".
You will give support in training activity organization, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Support the HR Business Partner on Employer Branding, Internal Communication, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications Education: You must be graduating in Humanities Studies, Economics, Languages, or a similar field, with a strong passion for a career in HR and Training.





Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office), particularly Excel.

Languages: You have a good level of English (minimum B2) and are fluent in Italian.

Soft Skills: You are detail-oriented and results-driven.
You are a good listener with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels.
You are a great team player.
