Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives, and methodologies (Short work experience in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus).Nestlé welcomes people with disability.Full-time internship (6 months).Start date: January - February 2025.Position SummaryThe resource will work in the Demand & Supply Planning team of the Purina organization as support for tasks related to Supply and Demand planning, in a dynamic environment,
taking the opportunity to gain experience in different scenarios and being involved in improvement initiatives.Main activities:Support the Supply planning team to guarantee the best optimization of cover.Monitor and manage the risk of bad goods and out of stock.Collaborate with Warehouse, DSP, and Customer Service teams to ensure product availability.Monitor the achievement of KPIs based on agreed targets (service, cover, inventory, etc.
).A day in the life of...Utilize our tools (SAP R/3, SAP APO, etc.)
to run analysis and checks related to supply planning from Coman and intermarket factories.Be cost and service level driven.Monitor the achievement of KPIs based on agreed timings.Ensure a strong connection with Warehouse, Demand planning, and Customer Service.Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to increase our operational performance.Challenge yourself to improve your job and develop new skills.What will make you successfulManagement engineering degree or equivalent.Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations.Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI (SAP is a plus).Strong communication and relational skills.Collaborate proactively with an innovative and constructive approach.Mental agility, insight, analysis, and synthesis.Fluent in English and Italian.At Nestlé, we believe that recognition, inclusion,
