LombardiaEUR 30.000 - 50.0005 giorni faThis role will support the International Sales Area Manager in defining and implementing Marketing and Sales Strategies in foreign Channels.Understands and manages the legal risks of foreign trade and customs related complications.Defines the target markets in terms of their attractiveness and company guidelines.Identifies sources of information for selecting the most suitable partners/distributors.Defines long-term common goals.Builds action plans specific for assigned countries.Key Accountabilities:Supporting the International Sales Area Manager in:Defining and proposing best RTM (route to market),Defining Customer (distributor)
profile identifying targets/prospects,Defining business plan to enter new markets,Defining the best marketing plan to achieve targets, in cooperation with the marketing department,Driving sales to achieve assigned targets in terms of overall revenue as well as by Product family and brand/product to achieve the desired profitability,Coordinating all customer relations and guaranteeing (with the assistance of the back office/internal company support functions) the best possible customer experience,Scouting of Key Accounts with high potentiality to work with for the strategic countries,Managing the distribution relationship with international top performer Key Accounts,Drafting reports and monitoring turnover and KPIs for countries and customers under his/her responsibility,Maintaining an updated analysis of the market scenarios (consumption, distribution, competition) of the areas assigned to him/her, whether they are already covered or have potential development.Skill, Experience Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent from a recognized University,3-5 years of international sales experience,Excellent communication skills, effective inter-personal skills,
