** is looking for an Export Manager.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Commercial management of key customer account
- Building relationships with new and existing importers through regular market visits, acute problem-solving with a "can-do" attitude.
- Oversight of entire sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction - strong customer service.
- Setting up (pricing and negotiation) and overseeing deals, liaising with back office.
- Preparing and monitoring sales and marketing budgets.
- Working closely with the importers to develop the brand awareness, new products launch, budgets, strategy and marketing initiatives.
USA and Canada are two of the company's key markets.
- Attending and organizing trade fairs, tastings and events during market visits.
- **Experience and Skills required**:_
- A proven track record within export sales
- 3 years of sales experience in a competitive environment, preferably wine business.
- Understanding of how the international market works (e.g.
Which business are buying?
What products are they buying?
Who are they buying from?
Who are they selling to?,..
)
- English and a second foreign language, with preference for French or German.
Chinese will be a plus.
- Available for travelling frequently.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A team player with a proven ability to work well under pressure and to commercial targets, with good knowledge in drawing up and managing budgets
