S3Design operations architecture and conduct performance engineering for large scale data lakes in production environmentApply the Well-architected framework to the solution design and implementationCreate and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions on AWS using AWS native services (such as GLUE, Lambda) or using data management technologies (such as Talend or Informatica)Participate in client design workshops and provide tradeoffs and recommendations towards building solutions.Mentor other engineers in coding best practices and problem solvingRequired SkillsProven experience in the field of data analytics, preferably from Consulting companiesMinimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior levelWorking experience in AWS cloud native environmentExperience and knowledge of Big Data Architectures, cloud and on premiseAWS infrastructure and networking working experienceAWS Collection Services: Kinesis, Kafka, Database Migration ServiceAWS main Storage Service: S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDBAWS main Compute Service: EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKSExperience in building and delivering proofs-of-concept, in order to address specific business needs, using the most appropriate techniques, data sources and technologiesWorking experience in migrating workloads from on premise to cloud environmentExperience in monitoring distributed infrastructure, using AWS tools or open source ones such as CloudWatch,
