Carlo Gavazzi Impianti is an International EPC Contractor based in Italy focused on electrical systems and electro-mechanical instrumentation in the sectors of infrastructure, transport, oil & gas, and energy from traditional and renewable sources. Position We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager who will follow our projects with RFI (Ferrovie dello Stato) in Italy. The resource will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, finalizing, and supervising the realization of projects, both from the Home Office and on-site, to satisfy contractual obligations and meet established targets. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, JV partners,



or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee HSE requirements and quality control throughout its life cycle. Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with all Company Policies, Procedures, and Regulations in terms of Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality. Define project execution strategies in cooperation with the Project Director (if present), detailing the HSE Plan, Organization, Quality Plan, and Risk Mitigation Plan, while supervising the planning and scheduling of activities. Safeguard profit and losses for the portion of the project under his authority. Requirements : Project Control Manager with a minimum of 3-4 years in the role or Deputy Project Manager for 2-3 years; previous experience of 3-4 years in a role of Construction Supervisor and/or project planning and control, capable of managing the full life cycle of a construction project (production planning, execution, control). Consolidated knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and proficiency in project management techniques and tools (i.e., project planning and control, risk management, contract management, etc.).
