Havas Media is looking for a talented Community & Social media manager to join our team in Milan The SM manager will be responsible for managing social media accounts and communities.
Key Responsibilities Managing local communities Managing social listening tools:
Social Bakers & Brandwatch (set up and monitoring)
Extracting Insights from the community and the campaigns together with Social Insights profiles Provide inputs on the content Working closely with Client local marketingTeam Desired Experience & Skills Post-secondary education - University graduate and/or advertising/marketing degree preferred Minimum of 1/2 years' proven experience in social media strategy and community management Proven in-depthknowledge of the digital media industry and social media trends Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a marketing team Italian Native Speaker and fluent in English Based in Milan Excellent communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills Client service oriented Team working oriented Proactive approach to problem solving Temporary Contract Skills:
