SMS group is looking for an Automation Engineer .

Activities:

- The development of automation solutions focuses primarily on the development of software for controlling plant.
- Takeover of the programming Lev1 software and the associated tests including the functional commissioning at our customer’s premises.
- Participation and leading of meetings with SMS internal team, Customers, Sub-Suppliers.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science.
- Proof of programming competence in the PLC Automation-Systems (S7-TIA, S7-400); Rockwell, ControlLogix, Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT.




- Knowledge of platforms for HMI system development; Siemens SIMATIC WinCC.
- Analytical competence and ability to work in a team.
- Very good English language skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
