Responsibilities:

- Assist our community and resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and promptly.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards.




- Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy.
- Support the company’s mission by prioritizing the community’s well-being.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.
- Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
- Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
- Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
- Enforce the company’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
- Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
- Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Experience:

- Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
- High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
- Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:

- EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
- High school diploma.
- Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.
- 5 working days of training.
- Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.
- Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus.
