**Position Snapshot**:
The Nespresso story begins with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of espresso coffee. Since 1986, Nespresso with his Direct to Consumer and Customer model has redefined and revolutionized the way millions of people enjoy their espresso coffee.
- Nespresso Italy, Assago Headquarter
- Permanent contract
- MSc/MA level marketing, business/economic or another relevant field
- Over 10 years of Marketing experience
- Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, with a strategic mindset, preferably in super premium brands
- Extensive organizational and leadership experience
- Experience in market research/CRM/Brand Marketing/Marketing Communications/Product Management
- Fluency in Italian and English.
**Position Summary**:
You will drive Nespresso's business results and brand image by translating, enhancing, and implementing the global marketing strategy into the local market and ensuring Nespresso customer experience across all customer touchpoints. Drive Local brand strategy and influence global strategy to increase the local Nespresso brand equity.
**A day in the life of...the Marketing Director Nespresso B2C and B2B**:
- Lead CRM based on strong data insights as per Nespresso’s DTC model and ensure activation of Nespresso’s consumer base to drive business results
- Drive innovative solutions which are relevant to Nespresso by tracking the latest trends and competitors’ developments.
- Be responsible for the collection and analysis of external data to extract insights and create formulation of recommendations for the entire Nespresso organization to ensure the development of the consumer journey strategy (consistent across all touchpoints)
- Ensure the communication of a high-quality and consistent brand image across all marketing initiatives (CRM initiatives, product launches)
and across all touchpoints (media, boutiques, websites)
- Leads improvement of business results by providing marketing tools to B2C and B2B channels
- Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose.
- Be in charge of the Corporate communication and be a spoke person of the company.
