**Position Summary**:
Cantel Medical Italy, now part of STERIS Group, is a leading provider of infection prevention products and services in the healthcare market, specializing in Medical, Life Sciences and Dental operating segments.
For our Marketing Department based in Pomezia (RM), we are looking for a passionate Associate Product Manager on our Endoscope reprocessing equipment.
**Duties**:
Reporting to Senior Product Manager, Associate Product Manager:
- will be responsible of a Global Portfolio of products (i.e.



medical devices and professional products used for infection and prevention control in the sanitary environment such as Electromechanical equipment, Chemistries, Medical tools and accessories), with emphases on the EMEA and APAC Market.
- will closely work with the direct manager and partners with other International Teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Finance, Supply chain, R&D;, Quality, Sales and Regional commercial marketing.
- will be responsible for Marketing Strategy Development, Execution & Program Management, Procedural & Product Planning, Market Research & New Product Development
**Education Degree**:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General
**Required Experience**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Management or Marketing
- 3/5 years previous relevant work experience in Marketing or Product Management in one (or more than one) of the following industry sectors: medical devices, chemistry, cosmetic, food, electromechanics or fast moving consumer goods market within international environments
- must have an excellent understanding and mastering of Microbiology, Chemistry and Mechanical Engineering units/parameters/concepts
- English mother tongue or excellent written and spoken English skills




- Italian speaker
- Mastering financial, business, chemistry, microbiology, infection and prevention concepts and terminologies
