Job Description - Inside Sales Representative
We currently have an opening for an lnside Sales Representative, EMEA within our Wolfspeed Semiconductor Sales team. This position will be home office based in Italy.
Summary
This position will be responsible for helping the Sales team driving revenue growth through proper planning, forecasting, proactive account management and collaborating with the other company departments. This position will report to the Regional Sales Director for EMEA South.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer support, both internally and externally, to ensure optimal client satisfaction in our efforts to drive design wins to revenue.
- Establish strong business relationships with customers and channel partners in helping Field Sales to develop and grow existing and new business.
- Provide quotes and pricing in a timely manner to channel partners and follow up.
- Full ownership of Design registrations mass-market accounts.
- Maintain high quality of opportunity management for mass-market accounts.
- Qualification & Management of leads and assign to respective Field Sales or channel-partners.
- Identify new opportunities & track sample shipments by analyzing sales data.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales team and the Operations team on monthly forecasting.
**Qualifications**:
- College degree required or equivalent business experience
- 5 + years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Team player that has the drive and passion to be part of a winning team.
Fluent in English (verbal and written), Italian, Spanish and/or French.
- Excellent communication skills and winning personality.
- Exemplary daily work organization skills.
- Self-motivator with strong drive to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people across various functions.
