For our office in Rome we are looking for a:
**Project Manager - ERP / Internal projects**
implementation setting process specifications to enable our provider or our internal factory to work on business requirements
**Who are you?**
- Nice to have: At least 2 yers of experience project management with SAP Business One
- Proven work experience in project management.
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
- Fluent in English




- Excellent organisation skill, attention to details and multitasking
**What you are going to do?**
- Provides **recommendations** for process improvements and for the implementation’s success across countries
- Manages initiatives with particular focus on process optimisation, automation and cost-saving, helping to validate the requirements and project deliverables
- Provides input for the design and construction of **test cases and scenarios** and validate executed test results
- Leads the internal team and external consultant to develop**, implement and champion strategic process improvements**, providing regular updates across business
- **Supports the definition of processes and policies**, ensuring processes, principles, accounting treatments are in full alignment with **Accounting Policies**; responsible for documenting new/updating policies
- Escalation point, **helps resolve issues** acting as the “go to” person to support undertaking the “triage and attempted resolution” **on business related issues** that arise in countries that are live
- Change management - promotes a continuous improvement mentality,



proactively assessing opportunities for business optimisation Provides input into user documentation and training material
