**Position Snapshot**:
Nestlé Waters in Italy, Milan Headquarters
Permanent Contract
Engineering/Business Bachelor or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain
Effective Communication in English
**Position Summary**:
In this role you will be part of the International Supply Chain team in Nestlé Waters and be responsible for managing order shipments, by optimizing the process and the efficiency.
**A day in the life of International Supply Chain Specialist**:
- Order management shipments, loading appointments on international clients : order management, load optimization, product stock verification, product shipment organization, export document;




- Contact with supply planner/ with foreign subsidiary/ with Area Manager/ with trasporters;
- Appointments management for loading at our factories and warehouses;
- Management of claims or returns;
- Handling of load problems directly with transporters;
- Reporting and analysis activities related to the KPI of the function.
**What will make you successful**:
- Minimum 2 years experience ( Supply Chain, Logistics)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work with deadlines
- English and Italian are a must
- Knowledge of another language is very appreciated
