What you will do
Transfer and implement sales and marketing plans on the regional market, maximising revenue and margin targets. Development and maintenance of profitable interactions with the customers of competence favoring information flows of mutual usefulness, covering completely the management of the local customer.
Specific activities:
- Drafting local contracts with purchasing Groups and their members for the implementation of areas of visibility dedicated to the Brand Candy, Hoover, Haier and for the achievement of specific targets;
- Push on the assortment adhesion in line with grids agreed with customers;
- Verification of the implementation of marketing plans in stores;
- Coordination with Brand Ambassador and Promoter on the realities of competence;
- Display share development and OOS resolution;
- Analysis of competition;
- Stock verification to ensure linear and promotional sales;
- Analysis of the sales data of individual customers in relation to market trends for the product families managed by the company;
- Management of after-sales service aspects related to the clients followed;




- Push on local orders;
- Coordination of training courses for customer sales staff;
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Sell In to identify business development opportunities at point of sale.
What you need to succeed
- Diploma or degree in Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience in a Regional Account or Area Manager role;
- Preferred previous experience of people management;
- Negotiating skills and ability to work by objectives;
- Good knowledge of excel and powerpoint;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Availability for frequent trips;
Strong PLUS: experience in White Sector and knowledge of the GDS.
