Johnson & Johnson Vision is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (based in Rome area).
Digital marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing the digital branded strategy. Improvement of reach, awareness, conversion and engagement in the branded digital space to create a strong ACUVUE experience
**Main responsibilities**
- Formulate digital strategy for ITA and create annual plan to deliver it incl. search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social networking, and viral marketing.
- Develops and implements internet marketing strategies to optimize the online consumer experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.
- Establish success criteria for all activities and measurements against specific KPIs
- Deliver process and results analysis and provide related recommendations for future activities
- Generation of customer insights and insights in the digital landscape
- Management of B2B and B2C websites: content updates, SEO, SEM, Newsletter planning in alignment with Brand Manager, ppc campaigns

- E-commerce: development and execution of marketing plans for E-Commerce Partners. On
- and offline activities, newsletter planning, development of digital toolboxes, co-branded digital media
- Management of the translation, layout
- and staging process of contents with internal stakeholders and external agencies




- Close collaboration and alignment with Global Digital Marketing Team as well as strong alignment with ITA Marketing Teams for campaign development and execution
- Teamwork as part of a cross functional team with key stakeholders in the local country marketing and EMA franchise marketing teams
- Efficient budget allocation and monitoring
- Conducts analysis for program effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all programs. Works with corporate marketing team to maximize existing marketing initiatives and develop new ones.
- Open mind able to continuously question itself and find new ideas and solutions on how digital tools can help the company to fully grasp the opportunities and transformations of the market
- Managing and exceeding the needs of the JJVC business must be driven by CREDO and be fully compliant with regulatory and HCC requirements




- Attend trainings to develop the relevant knowledge and skills to increase awareness & techniques to improve performance
**Qualifications** Special requirements**:
**ESSENTIAL**
- Proficiency in English
- University degree
- 3 years in the role of Digital Marketing manager, a strong background gained in Marketing roles (min 5 years) ideally (but not exclusively) in multinational companies in the FMCG or Pharma sector (OTC channel).
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. Be facts and insights driven, solution oriented and pragmatic in decision taking
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work dedicatedly in partnership with external partners or agencies
**PREFERRED**
- Consumer goods and professional marketing experience
- Strong understanding of the market,



category and customer dynamics to drive the ACUVUE brand
