Job Description
We have an interesting opportunity for a full time, paid Internship within our IT Service Desk. This position will help the local IT Service Desk to focus on large scale rollout projects together with daily activities. This will require on-site support in our Rome offices.
The IT Service Desk Student will provide first and second line technical support to internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
Accepting incoming calls on technical issues and problem cases
Processing requests in the role of 2nd line support
Ticket management and documentation
General operational support of the department in day-to-day business and in projects
Asset management
Installation and configuration of new devices
What qualification should you have?
Student (or graduated) in the field of computer science or comparable
Some practical experience in the IT Support / Help Desk
Good software technology knowledge (Microsoft Window 10, Microsoft Office 2016, ICP/IP, Microsoft active directory)
Specific hardware knowledge (PC, Laptop, printers)
Independent, proactive way of working
Good communication skills and no fear of direct customer contact
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
