**Trade Marketing Lead BUITONI Pizza**
**EPG Italy**
- European Pizza Group (E.P.G.) is a Joint Venture between the biggest Food company worldwide, Nestlé, and Equity Fund PAI partners. The JV was created in September 2023 with the objective to provide the best environment to develop the frozen Pizza business, creating a fully focused, stand-alone, agile and resource backed player to succeed in this competitive arena. EPG is present in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Benelux and Austria with two leading brands: Wagner and Buitoni._
**Position Snapshot**
- Location: EPG Italy Headquarter, Assago (Milan).
Availability to frequent domestic and some international business travels is required.
- Permanent contract




- Business Master Degree or equivalent
- Significative and solid previous experience (at least 5 years) in Trade Marketing / Sales roles. Other experience in Generating Demand can be a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis, excel elaboration and effective presentation
- Fluency in Italian and English
**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Italian Marketing and Trade Marketing Manager, you will **define the Picture of Success** for Pizza category in Italy by leveraging marketing plans and **l**eading the commercial planning**, developing **complete channel and customer solutions** that better meet shopper & customer needs, generating increase in volumes and profit for EPG, in a stimulating, entrepreneurial, “start-up” environment
**Main responsibilities**:
- Drive and Support sales in building **effective and actionable Customer and Channel Plans** in line with company strategies and targets
- Work on **price, promo, assortment and listing** guidelines
- Build **effective trade stories** and customized commercial proposals, sometimes joining Key Accounts in presenting
- Be the natural **interface between Marketing and Sales** team,



facilitating a flawless communication in both ways and collecting customers insight
- Analyze **internal and sell-out data**, focus on **customer** **datas**, set-up **reports** at the appropriate Category/Channel/Customer level, identify areas of **under/over performance**, evaluate **risk&opportunities;** for growth, proactively **manage gaps** between category objectives and actuals working with Sales team in monthly cycles.
- Analyze **promo efficacy**, co-define and **monitor trade spending**:
- Facilitates **excellence in execution in the daily business**, preparing product catalogues, technical sheets, material for Sales team and using problem solving to **impact in case of issues**, i.e. logistic
- Ideating and executing through agencies **Sell-out activities** (POS material, in-store activities, ad-hoc customer activities, communication on POS)
