We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Paid Marketing Manager with a Lead Generation Focus, who will report directly to our Lead Generation Manager.

What You’ll Do

As a Paid Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on driving high-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

- Paid Strategy: Plan, execute,



and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels to generate leads.
- Content and Asset Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure ad copy, visuals, and landing pages align with campaign objectives and deliver high conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and analyze key campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the paid advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI and lead acquisition.
- A/B Testing: Conduct experiments with ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to identify the best-performing strategies.
- Collaboration with Lead Generation Team: Partner with the inbound marketing team to align paid efforts with organic lead generation strategies.

Qualifiche

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a proven track record in lead generation.
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).




- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience in the healthcare or tech industry.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs for lead management.
