On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a top luxury brand, we are recruiting the following profile to join the team of the new Boutique in Milan: Watche & Fine Jewellery ADVISOR / TOP LUXURY BRAND / NEW OPENING MILAN Responsibilities: The Client Advisor is expected to show entrepreneurship in order to maximise sales, with the agreement and support of the Boutique Management. Taking initiatives and combining a strategic and spontaneous approach will be key for building a strong and personalised client relationship. Mapping out, networking, and reviving dormant accounts are the core of the business development. Propose an action plan to attract identified VIPs to visit the boutique. Offering an ultimate customer 'concierge' service at all times,



as well as nurturing the relationships with the clientele are critical to delivery. Having total knowledge of the wider Watch & Fine Jewellery market. A global point of view and an open mind who can relate to various cultures. Established network, mainly local, and trusted advisor of high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of client treatment. A contributor to both local and global communities with an ability to acquire clients in an emotionally intelligent and sophisticated manner. Very strong and thoughtful personal relations skills with clients as well as team members. Curiosity for culture, the arts, and current affairs. Relevant work experience in the jewellery sector. Aligned with the Brand identity, detail-oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership, and relational skills. Passion and high motivation for the luxury environment.
