Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Researcher on a Fixed Term Contract. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting research on the Twin transition of SMEs. The role is primarily based in the Greater Venice Metropolitan Area.



The selected candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team composed of professors of the Venice School of Management and experts in Tech transfer of the university.

Qualifications

1. Research skills, Data Analysis, and Report Writing
2. Knowledge of SMEs and Twin transition processes
3. Experience in research projects
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficiency in a second language is a plus
7. Master's degree or Ph.D. in Business, Economics, or a related field
8. Excellent knowledge of the Italian Language
9. Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research in economics, management, and organisational behavior.
