Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative Location: Porto, Portugal (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Accommodation: Accommodation provided in Porto, Portugal Salary: Competitive Salary Package Start Date: 20th February 2025 Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Porto, Portugal.
You will assist Italian-speaking customers, providing expert advice and resolving inquiries.
The role operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with weekends off.
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of your employment in Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer exceptional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and live chat.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear and accurate product information.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Log customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking.
Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Adhere to company guidelines and processes to maintain consistent service quality.
Be flexible with working hours when necessary, including occasional shift adjustments.
Requirements: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
