Note: This position combines products and electronics in systems, and will require you to learn new skills in those fields, and skills specific to the aviation industry. Service Sales Specialist - the Mission We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people with the passion to support our vision and help to change the future of aviation. We are now offering a fascinating position as a Service Sales Specialist. Under the guidance of the Service Manager, the Service Sales Specialist will proactively develop sales initiatives within the Service function of OCEM Airfield, to include pre-sales services, such as audit and field assessment, as well as after-sales ones, such as training, spares, and prime services. Responsibilities Responsible for achieving the Service budget with sales of contracts, trainings, audits, and value-added services. Directly manages the relationship with the end customer, ensuring their full satisfaction.



Establishes and adjusts sales prices by monitoring costs, competition, and demand. Develops and maintains relationships with OCEM Airfield Business Partners (agents and distributors). Qualifications & Skills Min. Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering related fields. Any relevant experience is an asset, but this position is also open to motivated recent graduates. Experience in the field of airport technology is not a must but a strong interest is welcome. Interest in and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies is key in this role. Flexibility and team working. Fluent English proficiency is a must. You are sensitive to cultural and regional differences when doing so. You are creative, dedicated, and open-minded, motivated to always find the best result and quality and improve on processes.



Your communication skills allow you to understand others easily and impart your ideas in a clear and concise manner. As you may travel around the world representing OCEM Airfield, you are a professional and independent worker who takes initiatives where appropriate. Aviation is a fast-paced and challenging environment, but you know how to deal with that. You can handle some pressure and have great time management skills.
