Junior Sales Account Manager is responsible to build and maintain relations to our customers and prospects, being the single point of contact for customers' needs. The aim of the position is to bring to the Healthcare market (Doctors and Pharmacies)
our Digital and Multichannel Marketing solutions, tailoring projects through a deep knowledge of the market scenario and a clear understanding of HC companies' needs.
Main tasks of the job:
- Create new market opportunities on the allocated customer portfolio
- Manage and grow the business relations into existing accounts
- Constantly visit customers and prospects to present services and solutions (physical or remote interactions)
- Design projects, build pricing and conduct the negotiation in line with the internal sales strategy and policies
- Manage the full sales cycle, from the first contact to the final project reporting
- Constantly monitor the market to support innovation and product development
- Contribute to enter new market niches
- Work with different internal teams during different project phases
What we expect:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or Science
- Initial experience in sales positions and strong sales attitude
- Initial experience in pharmaceutical market
- Negotiate sales contracts
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate in Digital and curious about Healthcare sector
- Intermediate/advanced user of common SW solutions (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint )
- At ease in hunting as well as in farming
- Proactivity and motivation
- Highly organized and autonomous
- Project-oriented and with analytical skills
- Updating internal SAP database throughout the process
- Knowledge of pharmacy market will be a plus
- Fluent in English
Job-specific requirements
Once onboarded on HC market specificities and on the evolution of the role that Digital and Multichannel play into the marketing mix, the Jr Sales Account Manager will position the unique value of our solutions portfolio and tailor the best possible project for the specific customers' needs. He/she will be in charge of maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction by following every customer project with a consulting approach.
