Retaining and supporting the final customer; Interfacing with the automotive house and dealers,
guaranteeing constant and accurate updating; Manage customer requests with the aim of retaining them to the brand in compliance with the objectives and standards of the project; Collect and analyze composite data; Develop and maintain relationships with the customer backoffice organization and the commercial ; Requirements:
Degree in Economics; Accuracy and compliance; Initiative andindependence; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Interpersonal skills; High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office; Languages skills:
