MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Lifecycle Management Agent to join our team in Rome.

The Role As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries and communicate with customers using different platforms.
Your key tasks will include:




Answering customer inquiries Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing follow-ups Optimizing follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction Defining and implementing targeted sales strategies for individual dealers About You We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork, and taking the initiative to achieve results.
Our ideal Customer Lifecycle Management Agent has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication, or similar, as well as:
