**Job Summary**:
Per l'ampliamento del team Sales dedicato allo sviluppo del Business relativo alla Certificazione dei Sistemi di Gestione, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Sales Support da inserire in tirocinio.
Questo ruolo offre l'opportunità di acquisire comprovate competenze commerciali e conoscenza del settore, lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri esperti commerciali.
- Supporta la preparazione dei preventivi, ad esempio raccogliendo le informazioni utili alla creazione della quotazione.
- In affiancamento al/alla tutor,
si interfaccia con i clienti, registrando le richieste e fornendo, laddove possibile, le informazioni necessarie.
- Smista, per quanto di sua competenza, le informazioni e le richieste ricevute ai dipartimenti competenti (amministrazione, commerciale, ufficio tecnico).
- Fornisce supporto di backoffice (gestione anagrafiche, predisposizione preventivi, recall, utilizzo di Salesforce, etc).

**Nice to have**:
- Buona conoscenza dell'utilizzo di MS Office, in particolare Excel.

- Stage di 6 mesi.
- Rimborso: 800€/mese.
- Ticket: 7€/giorno.
