Artemest is looking for a clear thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work as the CRM Coordinator.

What will be your key responsibilities? Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase customer engagement, retention and loyalty, across consumer and trade clients; Manage and safeguard our customer database,



ensuring data accuracy and integrity while continuously enhancing our contact information; Analyze customer data to appropriately segment the customer base, creating personalized engagements and better customer experiences; Design and execute targeted campaigns to nurture relationships with our customers, planning both digital and physical touchpoints; Develop a customer loyalty program that fits a luxury brand and that is relevant for the industry Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering and operations teams to constantly improve customer experience Monitor and report on CRM activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
