Key Responsibilities and Activities




The Tax Specialist will be part of the EMEA tax team, in Sesto San Giovanni (Milano), and will work closely with the EMEA Legal Entities teams on Tax related matters consisting of but not limited to:
Ongoing tax compliance fulfillments for the Italian legal entities (e.g., preparation of the direct tax computation and direct / indirect taxreturns)Coordination of direct tax calculation process for the EMEA legal entitiesManagement of indirect tax compliance for the European legal entities (e.g., VAT fulfillments, Intrastat etc.
)Analysis / management of the cross-border tax aspects involving the EMEA legal entities (e.g., withholding tax payments in case of cross border transactions)Research and study of the main news on the tax regulations involving / impacting on the EMEA Legal Entities Management of the day-by-day relationship with the internal and external stake holders (external providers / consultants)
RequirementsBusiness Administration/Law Degree with focus on Tax Law.
Master in Tax is a plus3-5 years of experience focused on domestic tax (direct / indirect), within qualified Tax & Accounting Firms or Corporate HQsAbility to use professional database (Fisconline, Ipsoa, Eutekne, IBFD)



Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (with specific focus on Excel)Ability to use SAP is a plusResult oriented, respecting deadlinesPragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
