Service & Repair Specialist Responsibilities • Create accurate and detailed service estimates based on technician recommendations• Identify and upsell opportunities to improve equipment efficiency• Present repair quotes to customers• Follow up to secure customer approvals• Collaborate with customers to provide cost-effective solutions• Ensure timely repair execution• Maintain clear records of customer communications, quotes, and approvals• Address customer questions• Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion• Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve the quoting process
Service & Repair Specialist Qualifications • Strong understanding of mechanical systems (engines)
