Job Description

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results.



Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone and email), greeting guests and accompanying them to their table, and monitoring the table rotation. As a breakfast hostess, you may be asked to welcome guests to the breakfast room, check room numbers, help with seating, and guarantee that guests have a great breakfast experience.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
- Excellent English skills
