We are currently looking for Junior HR GENERALIST .

Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector.

Responsibilities

- Administrative management of personnel (hiring, onboarding, handling administrative and legal aspects of employment contracts)
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Development and implementation of HR procedures
- Reporting and data analysis
- Preparation of presentations
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or another related discipline
- At least one year of experience in HR Dept., preferably in international business environments
- Fluent in English




- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive and highly organized with excellent planning skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

This position is based in Rome.

A fixed-term contract is offered with an annual salary of approximately 27k.
