Remote policy : Full remote Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and relevant insights that support strategic decisions.
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure the quality, accessibility, and integrity of the data used in analysis.
Create impactful data visualizations that facilitate the communication of analytical results to various audiences, both technical and non-technical.




Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define business problems and formulate appropriate analytical approaches.
Monitor and adjust models and processes to increase the accuracy and efficiency of developed solutions.
Main requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in programming with Python, R, or similar, and in data analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised models.
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
