EFI is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our Textile business.
- Manage all full-cycle sales activities within assigned territory including client development, sales of emerging product and multi-product sales, onsite customer presentations, and sales campaigns
- Generate new account sales and growth to existing account base
- Work with and manage through agents/partners, establish KPI's, QBR cadence and integration into partner access for SF to manage lead, opportunity and funnel development
- Provide timely and accurate activity/territory reporting, opportunity creation and funnel development (Size, Shape, Speed, Success), forecasting to sales management using Salesforce
- Develop specific regional plans to ensure revenue growth across all EFI's Textile products, consumables, software and services
- Leverage EFI resources and capabilities inside Marketing, Finance & Engineering towards the achievement of goals
- Provide regular feedback to marketing, engineering and manufacturing regarding EFI Textile products, consumables, services and software
- Establish and build relationships with EFI sales and technical support (incl.
InEdit) to ensure proper sensitivity to all sales needs
- Communicate regularly through personal visits, telephone/video calls, etc.
with key contacts; field traveling is a must (70%)
- Attend all assigned tradeshows, open houses, and other Textile related and/or EFI events
- Leverage EFI Reggiani's demo centre for sample printing, customer demo's and to assure first class on boarding for new installations.
- Achieve revenue targets within operating budgets
**Job Requirements**:
- A., B.S.
in business or sales or equivalent
- 10 years of product sales experience with five (5) or more years of field sales experience in the traditional têxtile industry, especially in printing and finishing area
- Ability to manage the account at a senior/executive level within the assigned region
- Must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- English proficiency
- Experience working within a structured CRM environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding both individual and team sales quota/goals
- Expertise in complete sales cycle management - prospect identification, qualification, proposal and close.
Ability to handle complex technical sales cycles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of têxtile pricing practices and selling skills
- Good understanding of customer dying, washing and printing operation and digital product knowledge is preferred
