This objective will be achieved through the integration and strengthening of a Tissue Engineering laboratory for the creation of 3D models of tissues made by bioprinting and developed in dynamic growth conditions. Specifically, the project aims to develop experimental protocols for the identification of natural or synthetic polymers, pneumatic extrusion parameters, and temperature for the bioprinting of tissue engineering scaffolds. The objective is to produce organotypic models of epithelia with characteristics similar to natural ones and organoids/tumoroids.
