Specific Functions: The winner of the selection will be asked to carry out research and teaching activities in the field of general and social pedagogy, also in relation to the needs of the Department. The study interests must integrate and contribute to the development of research themes already present within the University's research groups, with particular reference to interpretative paradigms and devices of education and training, to the educational professions and training (professional socio-pedagogical educators, pedagogists and teachers) and educational and pedagogical work. Further Elements of Educational and Scientific Qualification: Having participated in conferences, presenting contributions relevant to the sector covered by the procedure; Having carried out research activities in the sector covered by the procedure, through participation in structures, groups and research projects relevant to the sector; Having carried out university teaching and/or supplementary teaching activities in the sector covered by the procedure.
