Anticipatory Innovation Governance (AIG) is an approach through which public and private institutions develop strategies and capacities to forecast, adapt to, and address potential futures, while embedding ongoing additional innovation. However, achieving a fully realized AIG system presents substantial managerial challenges, as organizations often lack the skills and tools to translate this vision into concrete operational practices.
