The goal is to promote mental well-being as a universal right and common good for the academic community. Based on co-production and recovery, it involves experts by experience and mental health professionals. The project includes five Work Packages: Needs analysis Model development Pilot programs Impact evaluation Dissemination of results The methodology includes qualitative and quantitative research, as well as service design. The expected outcomes are a Recovery service design model,



pilot programs, impact indicators, and knowledge dissemination. The initiative is part of the University of Bologna's commitment to social responsibility, creating an inclusive and supportive environment and breaking down the stigma on mental health.
