No Offer Description Activities: Identifying genomic regions that drift in the chromatin state associated with changes in transcription activity during the progression of cancer and neurodegeneration. To this end,



models of zebrafish and mice and patient samples will be investigated. The researcher will have to coordinate the collection and processing of samples in accordance with the most recent protocols, including epigenetic approaches at the single cell level and through spatial omics. They will also need to manage the functional and genomic data sets generated by the models tested. Additionally, they must develop and execute the computational procedures for the integration of data generated at different levels and create hypotheses and validations of the underlying molecular processes.
