Main responsibilities:

- Organisation, coordination, and allocating resources in the technology department
- Leading and motivating a team of technologists
- Implementing new technologies and equipment into the production process
- Collaborating in the preparation of guidelines and strategies in the technology field
- Participating in the development process, overseeing investments, and the implementation of new technological procedures
- Identifying and resolving issues in the production process
- Coordinating and collaborating with other departments within the company
- Analysing and reporting on the department's performance results

Requirements:

- Experience with diverse metal machining techniques and technologies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of trends in technology and a passion for new technologies
- Reliability, responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset




- Proactive and self-initiating approach
- Proficiency in English
