The HRSD Administrative Specialist plays an important and active role in various HR processes for the benefit of the entire EMEA region.
Besides that, the HRSD Administrative Specialist serves as the first point of contact for escalations by HR Support Center regarding local administrative issues. As such, the HRSD Administrative Specialist collaborates with HR Support Center, HR Business partners and CoE’s regarding day to day business.
For all activities, the HRSD Administrative Specialist demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset to have issues solved at root cause.
The activities of the HRSD Administrative Specialist are tracked in our company’s Case Management Tool.
**Responsibilities & Activities**:
Local (It)
support:
- Tier 2 support: handle escalations from HR Support Center re local (It) issues
- Signal changes in global HR policies/procedures and local law, and respond to the local impact on processes.
Support HRBP regarding:
- administration around decedents
- letter creation in case of large scale shift allowance changes
- mass legal entity change
- Deliver information to HR Support Center upon request, f.e. regarding interpretation of policies (CLA and law)
Project & Administrative Specialist regarding large scale restructuring activities
- Consult on process changes from a database point of view
- Consult on implementation of new systems (payroll etc.)
Data processing
- Provide reports for restructuring activities
- Acting as a contact point for data requests from third parties
- Provide mass data upload files to HR Support
Regional support
- Participate and coordinate global/regional/local projects for local HRSD Captive Team and regional HRSD in close cooperation with HR community (Manager HRSD Captive Team, HRSD colleagues, HRD, C&B; CoE, HRSC)
- Participate actively in any need for change discussion, contributing as SME of mainly internal challenges
**Competencies/Skills/Knowledge Required**
- Bachelor degree
- At least 5 year experience in Human Resources, in a complex multinational environment
- Proven knowledge and understanding of relevant labor, social and fiscal legislation (Local)
- Experienced in working with payroll systems, Excel, Word
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Stress resistant
- Proven knowledge and understanding of the HR business model
- Proven knowledge of local payroll system
- Ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization
- Accurate
- Used to work process-based and able to make connections
- Strong ability to work in teams (international)
- Flexible
- Culture awareness
