**As Certification and Laboratory Leader**, within the Water Heating Business Unit, you will be in charge of** worldwide product certification and testing approval for Instant Gas Fuel business line**. You will ensure the compliancy of the products to the markets requirements in respect of the performances and safety regulations.
You will deal with an international cross function team located mainly in Italy, China, North Africa and Mexico and with several Notified Bodies placed in the scope markets.
In particular, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ensure the compliance of the products with the EU and extra EU directives
- Manage the test plans in accordance with the internal procedures and processes
- Update the test methodologies and tools in case of the norm changes or lessons learned




- Supervise the accomplishing and compliancy of Test Plans in accordance with the success criteria
- Have an active role in the scoping stage of the projects
- Collaborate with the R&D; as part of the development team
Skilled on **norms reading and interpretation**.
Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and team working complete the profile.
EN 26, EN 437 regulations knowledge is a plus.
English proficiency is basic requirement.
