**At Park Hyatt**:
- To be part of Reservation Dpt., to report to Revenue Manager/Director and to work closely with other relevant Room and Sales Dpt. to maximize Room profitability while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards._
**_Main Duties and responsibilities:_**
- Collaborate with Hyatt WW centralized Reservation centers to support on special queries and challenges_
- _Correspond to all business segments upon necessity_
- _Manage VIP reservations (Executive Office,



VIP Guests, high revenue bookings)_
- _Check reservations received through all distribution channels and use all tools provided to maximize customer experience and limit to maximum potential lost revenue_
- _Collaborate with Front Office and Sales for administrative support on Room Reservation Management_
- _Monitor inventory of rooms and support on rate loading when necessary_

**Qualifications**:
- Ideally with a university degree, preferable but not a must in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Agent. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must._
- The good knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written) and confidence on use of IT tools is a must_
