We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Customer Service Manager**. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create effective customer service procedures, policies,



and standards to improve the customer experience as a hole.
- Respond to customers issues in a timely manner and within the customer service standards.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and be coordinated with other teams to meet them on a steady basis.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
- Design and implement a customer experience strategy based on the findings leading the customer service processes.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of previous experiences in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Project management skills and strong organization ability.
- Able to work under pressure, to meet tight deadline and handle multiple tasks.
- Lateral thinking, think out of the box, problem solving.
- Outstanding communication skills, great ability to work in team.
