***Descrizione**
For his** **Strategy, Growth and Transformation Department, our client is looking for a:
**Digital Transformation Manager**
able to establish a digital mindset in the country organization and lead the coordination, synchronization and facilitation of digital activities as defined by the Country digital strategy.
**Main responsibilities / activities**:
- Develop a digital strategy aligned
- Collect and prioritize Digital Requirements/ improvement areas across the business departments (HQ & Regions) to define the Digital Transformation Roadmap
- Review and approve the project portfolio, budget and talent strategy related to Digital topic
- Keep monitored the Digital Transformation Budget (Actual vs. Forecast)



and the execution of the roadmap
- Direct management of some digital use case projects according to what will be defined in the Board Meeting
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends and best practices in order to be proactive in bringing innovation within the Company
- Oversee building digital capability platforms for the various teams
**Required skils and experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer science, Computer engineering or related fields;
- 6+ years of leadership and management experience with a strong background in digital projects or similar role
- Ability to build external and internal relationships and partnerships
- Excellent leadership proficiency
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, writing and analytical skills
- Solid experience with agile and lean values, principles, and techniques
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands
- Exposure to top management roles and interaction
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
