**Posizione:**:We’re looking for a **Junior Area Sales Manager **for the _Italian Market_.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Identifying new potential accounts and target industries for the company's products and technologies (through sourcing, cold calling, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential users)
- Supporting and growing existing customers on site/from remote
- Preparing proposal and negotiation of new contracts
- Qualifying and managing sales leads,



ensuring timely follow-ups and full customer satisfaction
- Participating and visiting customers and trade fairs (1 week per month)
- Entering and managing data through the company's proprietary CRM
**Requisiti:**:**Experience & Requirements**
- BA/BS Degree is preferred
- A good knowledge of English languages (at leat at B2 level, both written and oral)
- At least 6 months of experience in a role in which the maintenance of the relationship with the customer is especially preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
- Positive, resilient and able to adapt quickly and easily in an ever-changing environment
- Willing to travel around Italian Area 30% of time for business trips
- Motivated and energetic
- Fast learner
- Committed
