**What you'll be doing...**
Reporting to the IT Service Operations Manager, your core focus will be to provide a confident, friendly, effective and efficient IT support service to our users, through the use of skills, tools, third parties and appropriate escalation points to minimize the impact to the business of such incidents.
This role also consists of dealing with customers issues, from the first incident to resolution, providing feedback and updates. You will also assist in the day to day running the IT Operations Teams by providing administrative services to the team.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Demonstrated experience of strategy and policy development in a large, complex environment.
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a large,
complex environment within but not limited to retail or hospitality. Minimum of 10 year experience.
- Risk and security management, property services and legislative knowledge are essential
- Excellent people, team, communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge and experience of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
- Experience in Project Management, including managing costs, analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Environmental/Sustainability experience
- IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD and PowerPoint
- Working proficiency in English including ability to fully read and understand English documentation/communications; preferably also Italian language skills
